WILLIAM N. LEASK With deepest sorrow, the family announces the passing of William Neill Leask. William is survived by his beloved wife Nora; son Neill and wife Linda, and his two beloved granddaughters, Shari and Stacey. He was employed with the Hudson Bay Co. for 47 years before retiring. William participated in many sports, hockey, soccer and baseball. After his playing days, he dedicated himself to coaching, midget, juvenile and junior hockey, and Weston Bred (soccer) team. He was always proud of the fact that so many boys went on to play Professional Sports. In 1957 he built his cottage at his favourite lake, Laclu, Ontario, and had many happy years and made many lasting friends. He was also a member of the Weston and Brooklands Legion #2 and the Masonic Lodge #141. Flowers are gratefully declined. Friends and family who so desire may make contributions to the charity of their choice or to the Victoria General Hospital Palliative Ward. Our deepest appreciation to Dr. Bharat Shah and the caring nurses and staff on the 5th floor south of the Victoria Hospital. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 23 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook St. Private family interment. Silent thoughts of times together Hold loving memories that will last forever. BARDAL FUNERAL HOME 843 Sherbrook St. 774-7474
